Need 10:1 interval timer

Ive tried numerous running apps and this is my favorite overall. EXCEPT for the fact that there is no interval timer!! Its crucial for me to have a 10:1 timer and for that reason and that reason alone I end up using RunKeeper.
Please add a customizable interval timer in your next update!!!
