Latest Update Removed Most of My Run Data

After the update, I could not see all of my data. I exported the data as a CSV file, emailed it to myself from inside the app, and viewed the results in a spreadsheet. All of the run data associated with each route was missing except for the last run in each route. The run data that is now lost forever is many months of running.
The app also crashes now. And I do not trust it to record my run data going forward, after reading others problems after the update.
I emailed the app support at bhi technologies. I do not expect them to do anything about my issue. They cant bring the data back. The app did have a way to backup and restore. That kluge way of doing things should have been my first indication that these guys are not serious. Similar apps can store your data in the cloud, so you never lose it.
I only wish I could get my money back. These guys do not deserve it.
